The traffic there was crazy went there on the 19th. I decided to just wait in my car and watched why the traffic was happening the cars couldn’t get up the hill. It was way to icy and snowy it happened for a while then I watch a security officer come and start pushing the cars up I seen him push at least 20 cars up the hill and traffic started moving again. I asked for his name he told me his name is Justin and he is the supervisor of public safety. I watched him for the rest of the night push cars till the traffic was all clear. That was a great job makes me wanna come again and have my son work there with him.

This place is truly perfect for families and friends to enjoy together. The ski resort is incredibly well maintained, with excellent snow conditions, a great variety of runs, and no overwhelming crowds. The shuttle system is very convenient and makes getting around effortless. The water park connected directly to the hotel lobby is hands down one of the best we’ve ever experienced. It has everything you could want, and the fact that water park access is included in the hotel price is amazing. The value for money here is outstanding. What really sets this place apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, always greeting us with a smile and responding to requests with genuine kindness. Out of all the places we’ve traveled to, this easily ranks in the top 3 for friendliness. This is also the most pet-friendly destination we’ve ever visited. Our dog was welcomed everywhere, treated with so much care, and made to feel just as important as the guests. Being able to travel so freely with our dog made this experience truly special. We’ve never been anywhere like this and have already decided to make this a regular trip. There are endless activities to enjoy, it’s incredibly pet-friendly, and overall, it’s hard to imagine a better place. The only small downside was the heater in our room — it seemed a bit old or possibly malfunctioning, as the air was very hot and had a noticeable smell. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect. One small request for fellow pet parents: Please remember to clean up after your dogs. We noticed quite a bit of dog waste on the grass areas. Let’s all do our part to keep this beautiful place clean and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend this place — especially if you’re traveling with your beloved dog!

We did a day pass to aquatopia and then a 2 hr tubing session. The issues we had were related to getting bands and tickets. We bought the tickets online ( needs major improvements to UI and tickets, lots of errors and issues with how it calculated). When you get there you have to go to the camelback adventure office to get then bands. There is only two people working desk doing the best they can as fast as they can but a lot of people piling up, it was also not clear we had to go there initially. Someone else came and did just bands but really need this part by the aquatopic counter. All the staff we interacted with was very nice and pleasant over all a great experience. Kids had a blast snow tubing it was slow but they had fun. Snow tubing would be better if you could get more rides the demand pricing made it expensive for limited rides.
