CAMELBACK ATTRACTION POLICIES

Please see below the cancellation policies for Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark. Mountain Adventures, Snow Tubing, and Camelback Mountain.

Cancellation Policies for all Attractions:

• Written Cancellation Policy: No refunds or exchanges
• Written Deposit Policy: 100% due at the time of purchase 
• Other Policy: No refunds or exchanges, all tickets are nontransferable and not available for resale 

Please read below regarding our weather policies for Mountain Adventures and Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark. 

Mountain Adventures Weather Policy:

We are open rain or shine. Rain may suspend operations on certain activities. Please call ahead. The only time we suspend all operations would be due to lightning within a 20-mile radius. At that time, we go on “hold” status. Once the storm passes, we reopen, and guests are allowed to continue. If the storm does not pass after 30-minutes, return vouchers will be issued.

Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark Weather Assurance Policy: 

While Camelbeach remains open during rain, we recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to your visit. However, in the event of a full park suspension due to inclement weather lasting 90 consecutive minutes or more, ending no later than two hours before scheduled park closure (excluding twilight tickets), we are happy to honor your original ticket for the same ticket type on another day within the same operating season.

To redeem your replacement tickets, simply visit Camelbeach Guest Services before your next adventure and present your original ticket, receipt, or order confirmation.

Snow Tubing Weather Policy:

The Snow Tubing Park is open rain or shine.

Camelback Ski Mountain Conditions Guarantee:

If you're not satisfied with the mountain conditions, visit Guest Services within your first hour on the mountain to request a return visit voucher. We're committed to making sure you have a great experience and are happy to welcome you back another day.
