Weddings, planning, and all the details in between can certainly be stressful, but the staff and personnel at the venue were incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with.
In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception at the Summit House, we also held our after-party at the Trails End Bar and enjoyed breakfast the following morning at the Hemisphere buffet. Everything flowed seamlessly. Our lodging accommodations were also excellent, and we couldn’t have been happier with how the entire event came together. Camelback made our special day even better than we imagined. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding experience."

“This really is a hidden gem, I've known Camelback my whole life but never considered it as a venue or even knew they had weddings. The venue itself is beautiful, we had our ceremony, reception and cocktail hour up at the Summit House. The views were spectacular, both outside at the ceremony site, on the deck at cocktail hour, and even inside the Summit House (due to the large windows and beautiful view). We got the Mountaineering food package with stations, all the guests loved it and it was a great variety of food and plenty of delicious options for all, especially the carving station and seafood bar. The staff on site during the wedding were amazing, super friendly the day before while I popped in to set up as well as the day of, they kept the food stocked and replenished, which is amazing as I know we had a lot of big eaters. The bartenders were also fabulous, I heard lots of great compliments from our guests on how friendly, agreeable and efficient they were! Then there is Jennifer, our point person. From the initial tour of the venue to our food tasting to wedding day, she was nothing short of spectacular. She was responsive, accommodating, was not pushy or trying to upsell, and was patient with me answering all my questions. She took something super stressful and overwhelming and helped make it seamless. She was incredible and I couldn't sing her praises enough! Highly recommend Camelback as your next wedding venue if you're looking for a one stop shop for wedding, reception, after party and a safe place for guests to stay!”

“…Before I write the detailed contents of this review, in a few words it was: stunning, magical, and everything we hoped for. To start off, we held a relatively large wedding of 200+ people. Our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, reception, and after party were all held at Camelback. I'll first say that Jenn consistently accommodated all of our requests no matter how random and out-of-the-box they were. While I'm sure there were limitations during our discussions, I can't remember a time where the words, "no we won't do that" were mentioned. We were the last wedding of the season at Camelback, and Jenn still managed to communicate efficiently as possibly with us. Lastly, and above all, she was so kind and courteous during this process. Another large part of the success of the weekend was the PHENOMENAL staff at Camelback. Everywhere we went within the resort we were greeted with a congratulations and a sincere welcome to the Poconos. Instead of a cake, we hosted a communal cookie table for our wedding and sent some cookies home with staff members. They were so grateful and appreciative. The rehearsal and following dinner were incredibly organized and the food was wonderful. The baked ricotta appetizer especially hit, and the chicken piccata seemed like the favorite meal. Our wedding celebration went off without a hitch. Jenn communicated constantly with our vendors to ensure smooth transitions from place to place. The reception space was breathtaking. The staff was consistently offering assistance and worked endlessly to ensure the night went smoothly. The dance floor, acoustics, backdrop, bar, and overall atmosphere-simply perfect. We had an emerald green and gold color scheme, so the event space and fall foliage backdrop tied in together wonderfully. Finally- the after party. If you are looking for people to come away from your wedding and think "wow, that was cool".... please consider booking the Oasis swim up bar in the waterpark. There were endless memories being created, making it a classic end to the night…”
