This is our 2nd time visiting, and overall will continue to visit. Here are some reviews that hopefully are useful to others. While we were disappointed with things, overall they are small in the big picture and will return again next year for another try. At check in the desk representative was not talkative or super friendly; once checked in in the computer she just handed us the "folder" without even telling us our room! Guessing she expected us to know where to find it and move on?! Didn't ask is we had any questions or wanted to do any further add ons. Poor customer service. This is over all a great place,especially for families with kids of all ages, with all the activities that are available. Last stay we were fortunate to have had an AWESOME promotional code to make it a better price, but the military/first responders discount which always available was highly appreciated. The overnight parking fee which is not made obvious when booking the room, was not asked of us if we drove or not when checking in, so maybe if its assumed people drove just add to the fees when booking. When booking our room tjis year we were able to add on tubing for a great price! The day of check in we were still able to choose any of the dates/time slots of our stay! We dont participate in the arcade or other activities upstairs but it does look entertaining if youre willing to pay. Last year we did kids group lessons which were phenomenal, providing us with an email "grade card" and a printed picture at the end of class. Highly disappointed that neither were provided this year. Quite a few lifts not open which was disappointing and given the temps so far this year i would have expected more blown snow on the slopes, no bare spots that we noted and overall not super icy like blown snow can easily become. Overall our skiing/snowbaording experience was good. The trails end lift and ski check in at the resort allows for easy trips back to the room for a meal and rest break, then return back to the hills! Ski check stopped taking poles and boots during our stay so that was added space being used in the room. The water park is great for ALL ages. They have 2 spots for slides that im told have been "coming soon" for years... PLEASE ADD THOSE! The water park also did not seem that it was cleaned the night before, as we arrived early in am; the floor and bathrooms were still with items present and we personally took 3 items out of the wave pool/lilly pad "pool". Wondering also when is tile made for maintenance of the waterpak rides to clean up the unfortunate given rust? Our room was clean, we do not have room service come to our room on a daily as we clean up after ourselves. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the hotel being clean; having walked around many spots of the hotel it is apparent no one is even vacuuming stairs, halls, banquet lobby area for example. We preplan/prep meals to make our stay affordable and have as close to homemade meals even while on vacation. If you like the super small single serving hotel in room coffee, you need ro request the coffee and coffee maker, which we use for hot water/hot chocolate only. The restaurants on site look clean but listed prices are also quite high. The resort lists having complimentary laundry rooms, which are super nice EXCEPT after going to nearly every floor I found only one washer working. The change machines also were not in service, so either bring your own soap or go to gift shop for change.

Lala picked us a simply gorgeous room for two, for which we are very grateful to her, our vacation here was quite eventful and active, for our first acquaintance with the resort in winter we were quite impressed and satisfied with everything

Good mid sized mountain but not all lifts are operational 4/8 times I went and the lines can get pretty long at times… I once waited for a lift for 45 min for a 7 minute run… so if you go, pick a weekday
