Overall a great resort. The slides at Aquatopia were closed down for maintenance on the days we were there, but we spent most of our time at the wave pool or the splash pads with other pools. The cost of everything, especially food, within the resort at the various restaurants is way overpriced so my recommendation is to go out into Tannersville to eat at one of many great restaurants close by. The only exception is the breakfast buffet which was great. You can check my other review for a great suggestion. Parking for overnight guests is $25 a day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean but I feel like the resort in general needs some renovation, fresh paint, etc...to keep it looking new. I'd give it a 4 out of 5. Again, overall a great resort with only a few minor issues that could be easily addressed.

Really do appreciated every stuff. family had fun in overall, There was long wait to check in. If rooms are not getting cleaned sooner just hire more stuff. I personally don't like waiting on anything..jejej The sofa bed it was very uncomfortable.. And thanks again.

Me and my family decided to come here for a weekend getaway, the check in process is a mess what a long line and for some reason this customer service talking too much to the customers that dousing so much delays, rather than checking everything is good the room is perfect size, and there is a lot of activities for kids, we decided to go to waterpark first then watch the special reptile shows, then we went play on their arcade. Over all our kids had so much fun on this lodge and we truly enjoy our stay, we just hope for a smooth and faster check in next time, we will definitely coming back again
