We visited Camelback Resort for our son’s 5th birthday and decided to stay overnight. From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The valet, Jesus, was incredibly friendly and set a great tone. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Kim, who made us feel like family. She provided us with our room keys and wristbands, and everything was smooth from there. The room was fantastic, and the water park was perfect for the season—not crowded at all. The kids had a blast, and my wife and I enjoyed some great drinks. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we’re definitely planning to make this our family tradition for Labor Day weekend. The customer service, the water park, and the accommodations all exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

We were a bit skeptical about staying at Camelback due to some bad reviews but after our stay this week I would rate them six stars. All staff were so friendly and nice, they let us check in early for no extra fee! We met Chris from public safety, he was so friendly, we had a great conversation! The hotel was super calm and relaxing with all staff members extra helpful! Thank you!
