Aquatopia FAQs

Access to slides or rides is not permitted if loose items or articles are not secured. Our staff reserves the right to deny entry to those unable to remove loose items for safety reasons.

For alcoholic beverage orders, kindly ensure you possess your valid identification card. We perform ID checks for all patrons.

Aquatopia is 125,000 square feet and features a transparent roof, which allows sunlight in and the opportunity to tan year round so be sure to pack your sunscreen and sunglasses! 13 slides, a wavepool, an adventure river, multi­level play and spray structures, toddler area, simulated surfing experience and food and beverage services, including a swim-­up bar round out the action and adventures. Best of all – the temperature is always 84°.

  • Venus SlydeTrap Waterslide is the only combination slide of its kind in the World.
  • Storm Chaser Water Coaster is the longest indoor water coaster slide in the World.
  • The Adventure River runs underground and is a highly themed attraction everyone will enjoy. 
  • Aquatopia is illuminated at night, but gently, to make the waterpark feel like evening. It’s purely magical and unlike any other in the U.S.A.!

For admission to both Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and Camelbeach, children age 2 and under are free of charge.

Park hours vary by the date and occupancy. Hours and other waterpark information will be available if you view the Hours of Operation page or contact the lodge call center at (855­) 515­-1283.

If you will be arriving by car, at the lodge a standard overnight self-parking is $25 per night/vehicle plus tax, which will be applied at check in. Permit must be displayed until departure and is valid in all lots. For day guests visiting the Aquatopia, Snow tubing Park, Mountain Village (Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark & Ski Mountain) or Mountain Adventures:

  • General Parking starting at $12/vehicle
  • Premium Parking Lot D2: Mon- Fri starting $40/vehicle | Sat – Sun (plus holidays) starting at $50/vehicle | Handicap Parking $12/vehicle Daily

Season Passholders receive free general parking, excluding premium lots. Lodge guests may park in general parking lots, please display your parking permit which will be issued at check-in.

Make it simple and buy general or premium parking by following the Cashless payment instructions on lot signage.

This parking policy gives the ability to ensure that we may offer appropriate and safe parking for all of our guests, monitor/control the flow of traffic and assist in continuing to make parking lot improvements at the resort. Ensuring a smooth and safe process for all our guests.

Yes, however, if a guest chooses to utilize their own personal flotation device (PFD) it must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. This approval notice will be located most often on the inner back or front of the device. Puddle jumpers are an example of an approved PFD.  Devices requiring the user to inflate will not be U.S. Coast Guard approved and are not permitted in our water facilities.

All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Although there are certified lifeguards on duty, parents are encouraged to stay with their children at all times regardless of age. The waterparks and other amenities contain features and elements that are not suitable for a child’s unsupervised participation.

Towels are provided at Aquatopia indoor waterpark for you to use. A towel program has been implemented, please ask guest services if you have any questions.

Yes, lockers are available at the indoor waterpark and ski­-in & ski­-out check­-in area for a nominal fee.  We recommend keeping any larger items in your room or vehicle.

Aquatopia and Camelbeach reserves the right to close slides and attractions throughout the day due to weather, staffing, and the safety and security of our guests and employees.

We have made it easy to report a lost item at Camelback. Simply visit https://forgotmyitem.com/ and enter in Hotel Code 10614, after this fill out the full form and hit submit. Our Public Safety team will receive your inquiry and will then reach out to you shortly about the item in question.

If visiting Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark for the day you can also stop by the Locker Booth Rental Windows to see if your item has been dropped off. If your item has not please use the link above to report your missing item.

Outside food & beverage is not permitted inside Aquatopia. Restaurant and concession seating areas are for Lodge Food and Beverage use only. Outside food and beverage, pizza parties or small group gatherings, are not permitted in these areas, unless authorized through the Camelback Lodge Group Sales office. If the food was purchased inside the hotel we will allow it inside Aquatopia as long as it’s not inside a glass container. There is no glass whatsoever allowed inside the waterpark. We do allow sealed bottles of water and baby formula (as long as it’s not in a glass container).
