Things to know
- Packages and pricing subject to change without notice
- Must be reserved a minimum of 7 business days in advance
- Payment in full required at time of reservation
- To reserve, client must sign a booking agreement
- No outside food and beverage permitted into the waterpark or in public areas of the resort
- Personal decorative items may be supplied by the client with approval of the Group Sales Coordinator and may only be placed inside a reserved Cabana
- Day Group Celebrations require a minimum of 10 guests
- At least one (1) adult for every five (5) children is required
- Prices are subject to availability and Blackout dates may apply
- Cancellation requests received within 72 hours or less notice will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Requests to cancel must be received in writing.
