Very disappointing first experience ...

Very disappointing first experience at Camelback. We drove 2.5 hours to get here and asked several employees for directions to the Zip Flyer, but kept being given incorrect information. By the time we finally found it, we couldn’t get on at our scheduled time. Employees couldn’t even properly direct us to Guest Services. The ladies working at the Zip Flyer were also very rude and unhelpful. I asked for a manager and was directed to someone who wasn’t even a manager. There was so much miscommunication and the whole experience felt very poorly organized. Definitely not the experience I expected after driving that far.

I have been here ...

I have been here twice, once in winter for the snow tubing and once in summer for all other activities. It was been amazing experience both the times. The snow tubing in winter was extremely beautiful and fun. They even had fireplaces to get warm. The summer activities were just as good. We started with mountain coaster. Although a long line, it was worth it. Really lived this one. The second was tree top. It was so amazing as it included varies things like climbing trees, zip lining, and more hurdle crossing things. The last was UTV which was nice as well.
