Great place for family.

We’ve been coming here since it opened my children who are now adults with their children now come! For the last several years we met Kelly where we have our breakfast my children and grand love her from day one she greeted us with a smile very attentive to my family and others we will be back to have fun and see Mrs.Kelly

This place is truly perfect for families and friends to enjoy together. The ski resort is incredibly well maintained, with excellent snow conditions, a great variety of runs, and no overwhelming crowds. The shuttle system is very convenient and makes getting around effortless. The water park connected directly to the hotel lobby is hands down one of the best we’ve ever experienced. It has everything you could want, and the fact that water park access is included in the hotel price is amazing. The value for money here is outstanding. What really sets this place apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, always greeting us with a smile and responding to requests with genuine kindness. Out of all the places we’ve traveled to, this easily ranks in the top 3 for friendliness. This is also the most pet-friendly destination we’ve ever visited. Our dog was welcomed everywhere, treated with so much care, and made to feel just as important as the guests. Being able to travel so freely with our dog made this experience truly special. We’ve never been anywhere like this and have already decided to make this a regular trip. There are endless activities to enjoy, it’s incredibly pet-friendly, and overall, it’s hard to imagine a better place. The only small downside was the heater in our room — it seemed a bit old or possibly malfunctioning, as the air was very hot and had a noticeable smell. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect. One small request for fellow pet parents: Please remember to clean up after your dogs. We noticed quite a bit of dog waste on the grass areas. Let’s all do our part to keep this beautiful place clean and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend this place — especially if you’re traveling with your beloved dog!
