Check-in process was very ...

Check-in process was very quick and easy. Nice customer service. But, the guest service downstairs was kind of mess: no organized lines, too many lost customers and not enough people to help them. But, after a long time wsiting and trying to hold mybspot in chaotic-like environment, when I got to the representative, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a wonderful ...

I had a wonderful time. I will go back. What i do recommend to others is to bring you own food and drinks. They have a microwave and fridge. The food is extremely expensive. Besides that it's a wonderful place to spend with your family.
