Yes. You can pick up your pass at any North American Ikon Pass destination guest services center or lift ticket window during operational hours. You will need your confirmation number and ID. Should you also receive a pass in the mail after you pick-up your pass at the mountain, the Ikon Pass in the mail will be void. Nope. Perks at Camelback Resort are exclusive to Camelback Passholders only.   

Maybe. Some Ikon passes do have blackout dates. For specifics on your Ikon Pass access, please visit www.ikonpass.com   

No. Camelback Resort is partnering with Alterra Mountain Company to offer limited skiing access to Ikon Pass holders.  Camelback Resort is now part of 41 other world-wide destinations that have partnered with Alterra Mountain Company.

Yep! Ikon Pass holders can go directly to the slopes.

If we refund your Camelback Resort Season Pass, you will lose all passholder benefits including access to the Express line at high-speed lifts, your free buddy pass, free snow tubing, Camelbeach Season Pass, Mountain Adventure activities and year-round 10% discount on food and retail. You will also be limited to 5 or 7 visits to Camelback Resort and subject to Ikon blackout dates (depending on your Ikon Season Pass. Yes. Ikon Pass holders can visit a ticket window at any Ikon Pass destination, present a valid ID, and a lift ticket will be printed. Ikon Passes can only be printed at North American Ikon Pass destinations with valid ID.

Our properties have invested in the infrastructure to handle increased capacities with our new 6-person chair lift and additional snow automation for our mountain creating excellent snow conditions for all guests. As a Camelback Season Passholder, you will maintain year-round perks and discounts such as first tracks to ensure you’re getting the best experience. 

Ikon Pass is a product sold by Alterra Mountain Company which will now provide limited access to Ikon Pass holders at both Camelback and Blue Mountain.  With the addition of Blue Mountain Resort and Camelback Resort, the company now has 50+ destinations for their season pass holders. Check it out at www.ikonpass.com.

No. Your Camelback Season Pass is only valid at Camelback Resort. However, Unlimited Season Passholders are able to purchase a Blue Mountain add-on.
