OVERVIEW: Nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains, Camelback Lodge is an eight-story modern-designed mountain hotel with 453 guest suites. Features include Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, Arcadia Adventures, multiple dining venues, a state-of-the-art fitness center and over 20,000 square feet of flexible conference, meeting and special event space.

LOCATION: Camelback Lodge is located at Camelback Resort in the Pocono Mountains, just 90 minutes from New York City and two hours from Philadelphia.

GUESTROOMS: Modern mountain décor with comfortable furnishings is the style of the 453 expansive guest suites and 13 multi-bedroom suite configurations with the largest suite accommodating 14 guests. Many of the suites and room styles include fireplaces, balconies, spacious lofts and full kitchens with the conveniences of home. Accommodation highlights include:

SUITES

• The Suites options include: a Double Queen Suite, the standard room style with two queen beds and one queen sleeper sofa sleeping up to six guests; and the King or Queen Bunk Suite, with two bunk beds, one king or queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper which sleeps up to eight guests and is ideal for families with kids. The bunk beds are in a different area with a separate TV. Handicap options are available. 

ONE-BEDROOM

• A perfect choice for guests looking for a separate bedroom during their stay, one-bedroom options include the One-Bedroom Suite, which sleeps up to six, and the One-Bedroom Family Suite, which sleeps up to eight. Each offers a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The main living area includes one queen sleeper sofa, one queen murphy bed or two queen beds and an additional bathroom.

TWO-BEDROOM

• The Two-Bedroom Suites, Lofts and Condo have eight configurations including a master bedroom with a king or queen bed and private bathroom, plus an additional bedroom with two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper and bathroom. The Lofts and Condo options include additional amenities such as bunk beds, a fireplace, deck and full kitchen. The two-bedroom options sleep six to 13 depending on the layout. 

THREE-BEDROOM

• The Three-Bedroom Condos and Lofts have three layouts and can sleep eight to 14 guests. These condos include a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a third bedroom with a king or two queen beds, a second bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The main living area has a third bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa and a full-sized kitchen with seating for up to six.

DINING: An appealing variety of dining options are offered for sports enthusiasts on the go to family fun and favorite foods, from fine pub fare to sweets and specialty coffee or made from scratch Mexican. Dining venues at the Lodge include:

Hemispheres: Located off the main lobby with beautiful mountain views, a family friendly restaurant open for breakfast and dinner with an exciting menu featuring seasonal specials. 

Trails End Pub & Grille: At Trails End Pub & Grille, you’ll get the full Poconos restaurant experience complete with spectacular mountainside views and cozy outdoor fire pits. Throughout the kitchen and bar, we feature a variety of local products including Black Bear Hazy IPA from Stable 12 and Camelback red and white wines from RAW Winery.

Wood Fired Graffiti Pizza: Step into throwback style at Graffiti's Wood Fired Pizza, where bold eats meet street art. Dive into a menu stacked with wood fired pizzas, juicy burgers, crisp salads, and more—all served in a space pulsing with color and energy.

Café & Bar, Coffee by La Colombe: Open daily and situated just off the main lobby, serving La Colombe signature coffee, assorted pastries, and lunch sandwiches. 

Sugar Shack: Get ready for a full-on flavor fest at Sugar Shack! Dive into Hershey’s Ice Cream in every crave-worthy flavor, from rich classics to wild combos. Go big with Camelback favorites like our over-the-top cookie sandwich or a picture-perfect banana split—or go wild and build your own masterpiece in a cone or bowl. It’s bold, it’s sweet, and it’s the most delicious way to cool off between adventures!

SHOPPING: 

Mountain Market is a one-stop souvenir shop that sells grab-and-go freshly made coffee, bagels, pastries and homemade desserts. To take home or to gift a friend or family, the shop has T-shirts, hoodies, hats and Camelback Resort remembrances.

The Wave Retail features great functional tropical souvenirs that are Aquatopia essentials – from sandals to sunblock to finding out how to safely store personal belongings in the Aquatopia lockers.

FITNESS CENTER: Located next to the Doggie Relief Area, the fitness center is open from 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Fitness equipment includes two treadmills, two ellipticals, two fitness bikes, yoga mats, weight bench, dumbbells, functional trainer machine and complimentary water.

PET ACCOMENDATION: Camelback now allows dogs 50lbs and under to stay in select rooms on property with their loving family. Your four-legged friend will enjoy treats at your room, their own Doggie Relief Area, and many dog friendly dining locations.

RECREATION: Camelback Lodge’s Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, voted one of the best indoor waterparks in the USA, always 84 Degrees year-round, with North America’s largest Texlon transparent roof, has 13 exciting and innovative water slides – tube slides, body slides, mat, bowl and aqua launch slides as well as kiddie slides for the youngest thrill seekers, and more. Poolside amenities include Oasis adults-only swim-up bar with craft cocktails, Burgers & More for bites to grab and The Wave retail shop for Aquatopia souvenir seekers. Indoor cabana rentals and VIP seating offer deluxe features and a place to relax or take a nap between or after Aquatopia adventures.

Other indoor fun can be found at Arcadia Adventures and includes Krazy Darts, ropes course, laser tag and VR experiences. Get stuck in the Escape Room and try to solve the puzzle/riddles within an hour; play Lasertron Laser Tag; and tackle the 4D Chaos Jump VR Experience where there are 18 different worlds and 500 different adventures. On the lower level, experiences include Arcadia Mega Arcade with over 100 state-of-the-art arcade located next to Aquatopia.

ADVENTURES:

Winter actvities include snow tubing, skiing or snowboarding, or take a lesson with our great ski and ride academy. Voted #1 for snow tubing by USA Today’s 10Best in 2023 & 2024! With over 40 lanes and glow tubing at night, it’s the easiest — and most fun — way down the mountain. Whether you’re here to shred or slide, Camelback’s 39 trails, expert instructors, and nonstop winter fun bring the perfect mix of chill and thrill.

Experience Mountain Adventures offers nonstop outdoor fun for all ages. Ride Pennsylvania’s only Mountain Coaster through scenic alpine terrain, then soar over the treetops on 1,000- or 4,000-foot ziplines. Try downhill tubing with no snow required, explore rugged trails on a guided UTV tour, and enjoy family-friendly fun on the mini golf course. For a true high-flying challenge, take on the Treetop Adventures ropes course with bridges, climbs, and zips through the forest canopy.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS: A dedicated staff at Camelback Resort plans every detail of corporate meetings, retreats, sales meetings, seminars and conferences. The resort caters weddings of all sizes, from private, intimate ceremonies, to elaborate 400-guest wedding events, and provides pre- and post-wedding activities with access to many of the resort’s adventures.
