TANNERSVILLE, Penn. - Camelback Resort in the Pocono Mountains is celebrating autumn with the TreeTops Adventure Course, the largest of its kind in Pennsylvania, now included in the resort's seasonal fall programming. Guests can also look forward to the return of the popular Family Fall Fest weekends in October, along with Movie on the Mountain, the 5th Annual Howl O'Ween Doggie Parade, the 10th Annual ULLR Fest and Straight Up Magic. All festivities unfold amid vibrant fall foliage and crisp mountain air, just a few hours from New York City and Philadelphia.
Camelback Mountain Adventures
Open daily at 2 p.m., at 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays; closes at 7 p.m. daily, and at 6 p.m. on Sundays.
Camelback Mountain Adventures delivers thrills against the backdrop of brilliant fall colors. Guests can soar across the Pocono Mountains on the 1,000-foot Double Barrel Ziplines or the 4,000-foot Zip Rider, the longest zipline in Pennsylvania. On the ground, adrenaline seekers can ride the Mountain Coaster, the state's only coaster of its kind, take off-road UTV tours or enjoy Sunbowl Tubing.
The TreeTops Adventure Course - unveiled this summer and now part of Camelback's fall programming - is the largest course of its kind in Pennsylvania. It challenges visitors with a three-hour, three-level obstacle experience designed for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Miniature Golfing Adventure also returns this year with family-friendly fun for all ages.
For the ultimate adventure, the Adrenaline Trio Package - available on weekends - includes one hour of Sunbowl Tubing, one 1,000-foot Zipline ride and one Mountain Coaster run.

Family Fall Fest on October Weekends

The complimentary Family Fall Fest begins with an apple-themed weekend on October 4 and continues throughout October with seasonal activities such as pumpkin bowling, a mini maze, goat snuggling, arts and crafts, and more. Yummy fall treats and eats are available for purchase.
Spooktacular Halloween Movie on the Mountain
Saturday, October 11, at dusk (rain date Sunday, October 12); movie starts at 7 p.m.
Families and friends are invited to bring blankets and enjoy a screening of "Ghostbusters" under the stars at Camelback Mountain Adventures. Complimentary admission for resort guests; snacks available for purchase.
5th Annual Howl O'Ween Doggie Parade
Saturday, October 18, from 12 to 3 p.m.; registration is at 12 p.m. and parade starts at 1 p.m.
The popular Howl O'Ween Doggie Parade returns with categories including Best in Show, Owner/Pet Look-a-Like and Bad to the Bone.
Registration is free and available online through October 16 or in person on parade day.
10th Annual ULLR Fest
Saturday, November 8, rain or shine, 4 to 9 p.m.
This free community celebration summons Ullr, the Norse god of skiing and snow, in anticipation of winter. The festival includes live music from Leighann & Company, vendors, food and drinks, fireworks, goat snuggling and a bonfire finale.

Illusionist Jason Bishop headlines this family-friendly performance featuring large-scale illusions, sleight of hand and appearances by his dog, Gizmo.
