    • Is Camelback Resort a smoke-free property?

      Camelback Lodge and Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is a non-smoking facility. This includes all guest rooms, meeting rooms, patios and balconies. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Lodge.

    • How do I get to Camelback Resort?

      By Car: We are located just about 2 hours away from NYC and Philadelphia. Plug in our address and get on your way!

      By Air: There are different airports within a two hour drive in Northeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Two are below:

      By Bus: There is a bus that departs from Port Authority, New York and travels to two locations close to Camelback Resort, Mt. Pocono or Mt Airy Casino. Here is a link to Martz Trailways, a bus company. From there you could take a taxi to the resort, Mountain Taxi is a local cab company, their number is 570-839­-2222.

    • Do I have to pay for parking?

      Yes, if you will be arriving by car, standard overnight self-parking starting at $25 per night per car plus tax, which will be applied at check-in. Permit must be displayed until departure and is valid in all lots.

      For Day Guests visiting Aquatopia, Mountain Adventures or Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark:

      • General Parking starting at $12/vehicle
      • Premium Parking Lot D2: Mon- Fri $35/vehicle | Sat – Sun (plus holidays) $40/vehicle | Handicap Parking $12/vehicle Daily

      As the leading four-season resort in the Pocono Mountains, Camelback Lodge offers guests seasonal specials and packages that combine Lodge amenities and Camelback Resort’s adventures and attractions. We urge you to check the Specials page for the latest offers.

    • Can I park anywhere at Camelback Resort?

      This parking policy gives us the ability to ensure that we offer appropriate and safe parking for all our guests, monitor/control the flow of traffic and assist in continuing to make parking lot improvements at the resort. Ensuring a smooth and safe process for all our guests.

    • Ticket Waiver and Policy

      ACCEPTANCE OF THIS TICKET CONSTITUTES A CONTRACT. THE CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ARE SET FORTH BELOW AND WILL PREVENT OR RESTRICT YOUR ABILITY TO SUE CAMELBACK

      This Contract is between the undersigned patron/parent/guardian (hereinafter “Patron”) and Camelback Resort, its Owners, Operators and Lessors: CMBK Resort Holdings, LLC, CMBK Resort Operations, LLC, KSL Camelback Management, LLC, EPT Ski Properties, Inc., the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and their respective owners, officers, directors, partners, members, investors, operators, management companies, agents, servants and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Camelback”)

      ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY

      I. PATRON ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEIR USE OF CAMELBACK’S FACILITIES, SERVICES, EQUIPMENT
      AND/OR PREMISES, INVOLVES RISKS OF INJURY TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
      RISKS DESCRIBED BELOW AND THE RISKS OF BEING EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASES. PATRON OR
      PARENT/GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT:

      (a) Patron’s entry into and use of Camelback is voluntary;

      (b) Patron assumes responsibilities for all risks described in this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity; and

      (c) as a condition of and in consideration for Patron’s entry into Camelback’s facilities for any purpose, Patron or Parent/Guardian hereby releases, holds harmless and agrees to indemnify AND DEFEND Camelback, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all liability to Patron, THEIR children and THEIR personal representatives, assigns, heirs, next of kin and/or guests accompanying THEM to Camelback (collectively, the “Releasing and Indemnifying Agents”) for any loss or damage. PATRON forever gives up any claims or demands therefor, on account of injury to Releasing and Indemnifying Agents’ person or property, including injury leading to Releasing and Indemnifying Agents’ death, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of Camelback or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, while Releasing and Indemnifying Agents are in, upon, or about Camelback’s premises or using any Camelback facilities, services or equipment or as a result of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases while Releasing and Indemnifying Agents were in, upon or about Camelback’s premises or using any Camelback facilities.

      Patron further acknowledges and agrees that Patron has read this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity, and agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity have been made.

      II. IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO USE CAMELBACK’S FACILITIES, I AGREE THAT I WILL NOT SUE CAMELBACK AND WILL RELEASE CAMELBACK FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IF I AM INJURED WHILE USING ANY OF CAMELBACK’S FACILITIES OR WHILE PRESENT ON CAMELBACK’S PROPERTY, EVEN IF I CONTEND THAT SUCH INJURIES ARE THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER IMPROPER CONDUCT FOR WHICH A RELEASE IS NOT CONTRARY TO PUBLIC POLICY, ON THE PART OF CAMELBACK. I FURTHER AGREE THAT I WILL IMDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS CAMELBACK FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST OF ANY KIND THAT MAY OCCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY INJURY TO MYSELF, OR TO ANY PERSON FOR WHOM I AM SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF IT IS CONTENDED THAT ANY SUCH INJURY WAS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER IMPROPER CONDUCT FOR WHICH A RELEASE IS NOT CONTRARY TO PUBLIC POLICY, ON THE PART OF CAMELBACK. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT EXTENDS TO MY PRESENCE AT CAMELBACK PURSUANT TO ALL COMPLIMENTARY, PURCHASED, TRADES, EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTED AND VOLUNTEER DISCOUNTED TICKETS OR ANY OTHER TICKETS, PASSES, OR CARDS, PROMOTIONAL OR OTHERWISE THAT I MIGHT HAVE OR MAY OBTAIN.

      ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

      The undersigned, in consideration of permission to use Camelback’s facilities, voluntarily assumes the risk of injury or even death while participating in recreational activities at Camelback. I agree and understand that the activities, including the use of lifts utility terrain vehicles, rock climbing, bungy jumping and tubing, are inherently dangerous and further recognize my responsibility to inspect the facilities and equipment and read and obey all signs, rules, video presentations, oral instructions, and regulations associated with the activities at Camelback. There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any, amusement ride, device, attraction and other recreational activity (hereinafter “Recreational Activities”). Patron, by his/her participation or use, accept the risks inherent in such Recreational Activities of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware. Patron has a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using, participating in or observing Recreational Activities and to obey all oral, video, and written instructions and warnings, prior to or during such use or participation. Patron has a duty to refrain from participating in or on any amusement activity when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Patron has a duty to properly use all safety equipment associated with Recreational Activities. Other risks include, but are not limited to: slips and falls, risk of drowning, and other inherent risks associated with Recreational Activities, swimming and wading pools and other attractions, wet and dry, that present the risk of injury or death.

      Notwithstanding the foregoing, if I sue Camelback, I agree that I will only bring suit, whether it be on my own behalf or on behalf of a family member, in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and further agree that any and all disputes which might arise between Camelback and myself or my family members(s) shall be litigated exclusively in one of said courts. I understand and agree that this Agreement Not to Sue is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. I further agree that if any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect.

      I have read and understand the above RELEASE, AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS, and am voluntarily signing below, manually or electronically, with the intent to be legally bound by this Contract with the consent of my Spouse (if any) and understand that I may be giving up the rights of my child and spouse to sue as well as giving up my own right to sue. I further agree that if any part of this Contract is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given their full force and effect.

    • Do you offer Wi-Fi Internet Service?

      Yes, we offer Wi-Fi internet service to support multiple devices.

    • What are the Accessible Features at the Resort?

      Camelback Resort is equipped to accommodate mobility accessible needs in the following areas of the resort:

      • Main entrance (automatic doors)
      • Accessible routes to all public areas including Aquatopia, Arcade, restaurants, meeting areas, suites, registration,
      • Select meeting spaces
      • Areas of the fitness center (accessible by elevator)
      • Restaurants (certain restaurants offered sloped entryway)
      • All floors/resort suites are accessible by elevator
      • Shuttle services are available for on property amenities and adventures, certain shuttles are Handicap accessible.
      • Handicap Accessible Rooms: Features include lowered closet shelves, safe and vanity area, roll-in shower, grab bars and extra space provided in both the bedroom and bathroom areas.
      • Hearing Accessible Rooms: Features include visual alarm and notification devices for the doorbell and incoming telephone calls.
    • Who should I contact for billing questions, receipt requests, or charge details?

    • Will Housekeeping Services be provided during my stay?

      Housekeeping services will automatically be provided every third day of your stay as a part of our initiative to be more friendly to our planet. If you would like more frequent services during your stay, please text us at 570-534-4585, dialing “0” from your guest room phone, or stop by the Concierge Desk located in the hotel lobby and we will be happy to accommodate.

    • Where can I go for lost and found?

      We have made it easy to report a lost item at Camelback:

      Our Public Safety team will receive your inquiry and will reach out to you shortly about the item in question.

      If visiting Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark for the day you can also stop by the Locker Booth Rental Windows to see if your item has been dropped off. If your item has not been dropped off, please use the link above to report your missing item.

    • Do you host banquets, meetings, birthday parties, weddings and other special events at the lodge?

      Yes, we offer 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space across five ballrooms, breakout rooms, and an intimate boardroom/bride's room. View our Groups & Meetings info.

    • Do we offer rollaway beds?
      Yes we do, rollaway beds are available upon request. Please let the Front Desk staff know once you arrive.
    • How does our laundry service work?

      We offer complimentary laundry rooms – floors 2, 4, 6. Detergent is available for purchase inside the laundry rooms for $1. Floors 2 and 4 have change machines, floor 6 does not.

    • Am I allowed on the mountain without ski gear?

      No, anyone without proper ski or snowboard equipment is not allowed on the lifts.
