• Are skis & snowboards allowed in guestrooms? Lodge Info Are skis & snowboards allowed in guestrooms?

  Ski/snowboard equipment is not permitted in our guest rooms. We have a Ski Check area across from Trails End Pub & Grille. Upon arrival, one of our friendly ski valets will bring your equipment down to Ski Check for storage. When you are ready to hit the slopes, head down to Ski Check to pick up your equipment. A $50 fee per day will be added if equipment is found in the room.

• Are wheeled vehicles allowed in the lodge? Lodge Info Are wheeled vehicles allowed in the lodge?

  Wheeled Vehicles that are not for handicapped use are prohibited inside the Lodge. This includes, but is not limited to, hoverboards, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, etc. Feel free to ride around outside, the scenery is beautiful!

  Not all rooms have a balcony. Be sure to let your booking agent know you want one ahead of time.

  Yes we do, rollaway beds are available upon request. Please let the Front Desk staff know once you arrive.

  Add-Ons Include:

  Your adventure doesn’t have to end when you leave Aquatopia, but shoes, shirt and/or swimsuit cover­ups are required when walking through the lobby, dining in any restaurant, or any public area outside of Aquatopia.

  Yes, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

  We offer complimentary laundry rooms – floors 2, 4, 6. Detergent is available for purchase inside the laundry rooms for $1. Floors 2 and 4 have change machines, floor 6 does not.

  You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve or check into a room. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification is required at check-­in.

  Yes, Camelback Lodge is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we require the first night’s lodging, taxes, and resort fee to be billed to a major credit card at the time of booking. The same credit card must be presented along with a valid photo ID at the time of check-­in. The credit card will remain on file during your stay, so if any incidental charges are placed to the room from any of the resort amenities, it will be charged at check-­out. If you wish to pay by cash or another credit card, please be sure to settle with the front desk prior to 11:00 AM on the day of check-­out.

  For all lodge guests, our Fitness Center is open daily from 5:00 AM -11:30 PM. We offer complimentary laundry rooms – floors 2, 4, 6 (Laundry detergent not included). We also offer on property shuttle services to our attractions like Mountain Adventures, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark, and Snow Tubing.

  From time of booking until 72 hours before arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee. Within 72 hours of arrival, there is a forfeit of first night’s deposit in full. No-Show Policy: Failing to check-in to your reservation beyond the time of 11:59 PM on the date of arrival will result in a forfeit of 1-night room, taxes and fees.

  If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason you may be subject to a $100 processing fee and or forfeiture of deposit. All cancelation policies and fees are noted on the individual rate booked.

  Camelback Resort fee was created in an effort to provide guests with exceptional value and comfort away from home by grouping amenities into one cost. These amenities include (not limited to): High Speed Internet, Fitness Center, Inter-Resort Shuttle Services, In-room coffee/tea for select suites, In-room safe, Seasonal Crafts and Activities, Concierge Services, and more. We also offer complimentary laundry rooms – floors 2, 4, 6 (laundry detergent is not free). Plus, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is always included with every stay.
• What time is Check-in and Check-out? Lodge Info What time is Check-in and Check-out?

  Check-­In: Begins at 4:00 PM, or earlier if your room becomes available. If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy all of our activities and attractions. You can access Aquatopia as early as 12:30 PM; lockers and changing rooms are available.

  Check-­Out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Once you check­-out, you can continue to enjoy our activities and attractions for the remainder of the day. Requests for late checkouts are accepted but not guaranteed depending on hotel occupancy. Please call the front desk from your guest room to see if a late check­out is available for your room.

  We feature single room suites as well as suites with 1, 2 and 3 private bedrooms, including some loft units. We also offer suites with full kitchens and fireplaces. View our lodging page for full descriptions and layouts. Remember, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is included with your stay.

• Where is the fitness center located? Lodge Info Where is the fitness center located?

  To get to the fitness center, you must take the end of the hallway elevators and go to G1. Once you reach that floor, make a right and you will see the fitness center on the left-hand side before the exit of the hotel.   Yes, Bell and Valet Services will both be available.

  • Bell service will be provided upon request – Guests may also use self-service luggage carts.
  • Bell carts and self-service luggage carts will be retrieved by an associate after each use.
