The front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. She help me with an early check in since the please was not busy and my room was ready. She showed me everything I need to know as a first time guest. Overall I had a great experience here

Picturesque views of the Pocono Mountains. We had a great time at Camelback Resort & Indoor Waterpark. The kids enjoyed the slides, wave pool, arcade, and alpine coaster. We were upgraded at arrival to a 2 bedroom suite, which was a bonus, since it provided a kitchen to supplement a couple meals. We will be back again. Recommend coming when school is still in session during weekday (if you can pull that off), less people, less stress.

Great place to spend time with family. Youth and family oriented place, pet friendly. My family had exceptional time for a long weekend. Our dog loved the area around the hotel, we would walk for hours without her getting bored.

Literally every employee here has been so kind! Everyone has greeted us, even in passing. The room we had was super clean and comfortable. The water park, outdoor grounds and all interior aspects were well maintained and clean. The kids (10 and 15) had an absolute blast! We also tried the mountain coaster and it was so much fun! I can’t say enough good about this place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the water park is amazing there’s a HUGE arcade amazing restaurants too I’d really recommend this place it’s a very fun place to go with your kids or family
