For all lodge guests, you can enjoy our fitness center during your stay that is open daily from 5am-11:30pm. We also offer on property shuttle services to our attractions like Mountain Adventures, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark, and Snow Tubing.

Camelback Resort fee was created in an effort to provide guests with exceptional value and comfort away from home by grouping amenities into one cost. These amenities include (not limited to): High Speed Internet, Fitness Center, Inter-Resort Shuttle Services, In-room coffee/tea in select suites, In-room safe, Seasonal Crafts and Activities, Concierge Services, and more. Plus Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is always included with every stay.

From time of booking until 72 hours before arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee. Within 72 hours of arrival, there is a forfeit of first night’s deposit in full. No-Show Policy: Failing to check-in to your reservation beyond the time of 11:59pm on the date of arrival will result in a forfeit of 1-night room, taxes and fees.

Laundry machines are available for complimentary use during your stay. Detergent is available for purchase inside the laundry rooms for $1. Floors 2 and 4 have change machines, floor 6 does not.

Yes we do, rollaway beds are available upon request. Please let the Front Desk staff know once you arrive.

The perks associated with the pass will expire on Labor Day of the current pass year. If the pass is renewed for the following year, new perks will start and remain valid until the subsequent Labor Day.

THE PERKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PASS WILL EXPIRE 4/30/24 OF THE CURRENT PASS YEAR. IF THE PASS IS RENEWED FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, NEW PERKS WILL START AND REMAIN VALID UNTIL 4/30/25.

Yes we do. We offer a Cliff/Cami Birthday gift bag and in Suite Celebration that you can add on while building out your stay.

Add-Ons Include:

  • Cliff Birthday Bag: male plush toy, pin, balloon, 40 arcade credits, and a birthday card.
  • Cami Birthday Bag: female plus toy, pin, balloon, 40 arcade credits, and a birthday card.
  • In Suite Celebration: choice of Cliff/Cami birthday bag, 3 pizzas, 3 big sodas, and a 6 inch cake (feeds 6-8 people).

Lift tickets for hotel guests do NOT come with rentals. You may purchase a lift ticket separately or you can buy a lift ticket with rentals together.

To get to the fitness center, you must take the end of the hallway elevators and go to G1. Once you reach that floor, make a right and you will see the fitness center on the left hand side before the exit of the hotel. If you are coming from your room, you must go towards Trails End and find the elevators or take the stairs to G1.

Camelback Lodge has:

  • 453 rooms (from single room suites up to 4 ­bedroom suites)
  • Aquatopia, a 125,000 sq ft indoor waterpark (with 7 pools, 13 slides, a FlowRider, adventure river, etc.)
  • 30,000 sq ft indoor, dry adventure center (with a ropes course, mini­golf, laser tag, over 100 arcade games and more!)
  • 22,000 sq ft of meeting and event space

Check-­In: Begins at 4:00PM, or earlier if your room becomes available. If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy all of our activities and attractions. You can access Aquatopia as early as 12:30PM; lockers and changing rooms are available.

Check-­Out: Check-out is at 11:00AM. Once you check­-out, you can continue to enjoy our activities and attractions for the remainder of the day. Requests for late checkouts are accepted, but not guaranteed depending on hotel occupancy. Please call the front desk from your guest room to see if a late check­out is available for your room.

Your adventure doesn’t have to end when you leave Aquatopia, but shoes, shirt and/or swim suit cover­ups are required when walking through the lobby, dining in any restaurant, or any public area outside of Aquatopia.

If you will be arriving by car, at the lodge a standard overnight self-parking is $25 per night/vehicle plus tax, which will be applied at check in. Permit must be displayed until departure and is valid in all lots. For day guests visiting the Aquatopia, Snow tubing Park, Mountain Village (Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark & Ski Mountain) or Mountain Adventures:

  • General Parking starting at $12/vehicle
  • Premium Parking Lot D2: Mon- Fri starting $40/vehicle | Sat – Sun (plus holidays) starting at $50/vehicle | Handicap Parking $12/vehicle Daily

Season Passholders receive free general parking, excluding premium lots. Lodge guests may park in general parking lots, please display your parking permit which will be issued at check-in.

Make it simple and buy general or premium parking by following the Cashless payment instructions on lot signage.

This parking policy gives the ability to ensure that we may offer appropriate and safe parking for all of our guests, monitor/control the flow of traffic and assist in continuing to make parking lot improvements at the resort. Ensuring a smooth and safe process for all our guests.

Yes Bell and Valet Services will both be available.

• Bell service will be provided upon request – Guests may also use self-service luggage carts.
• Bell carts and self-service luggage carts will be retrieved by an associate after each use.
• Additional fee applies for Valet Services.

Housekeeping services will be automatically be provided every third day of your stay as a part of our initiative to be more friendly to our planet. If you would like more frequent services during your stay, please text us at (570) 365-5900, dialing “0” from your guest room phone, or stop by the Concierge Desk located in the hotel lobby and we will be happy to accommodate.

We have made it easy to report a lost item at Camelback. Simply visit https://forgotmyitem.com/ and enter in Hotel Code 10614, after this fill out the full form and hit submit. Our Public Safety team will receive your inquiry and will then reach out to you shortly about the item in question.

If visiting Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark for the day you can also stop by the Locker Booth Rental Windows to see if your item has been dropped off. If your item has not please use the link above to report your missing item.

Yes, we offer WiFi internet service to support multiple devices.

If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason you may be subject to a $100 processing fee and or forfeiture of deposit.  All cancelation policies and fees are noted on the individual rate booked.

Yes we offer 22,000 sq. ft of meeting space in 5 ballrooms, breakout rooms and an intimate boardroom/brides room.

Yes, Camelback Lodge is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we require the first night’s lodging, taxes, and resort fee to be billed to a major credit card at the time of booking. The same credit card must be presented along with a valid photo ID at the time of check-­in. The credit card will remain on file during your stay, so if any incidental charges are placed to the room from any of the resort amenities, it will be charged at check-­out. If you wish to pay by cash or another credit card, please be sure to settle with the front desk prior to 11 am on the day of check-­out.

You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve or check into a room. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification is required at check-­in.

We have single room suites as well as suites with 1, 2 and 3 private bedrooms, including some loft units. We also have suites with full kitchens and fireplaces. View our lodging page for full descriptions and layouts. Remember, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is included with your stay.

Not all rooms have a balcony. Be sure to let your booking agent know you want one ahead of time.

Yes, quiet hours are from 11:00PM-7:00AM. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

Ski/snowboard equipment is not permitted in our guest rooms. We have a Ski Check area across from Trails End Pub & Grille. Upon arrival, one of our friendly ski valets will bring your equipment down to Ski Check for storage. When you are ready to hit the slopes, head down to Ski Check to pick up your equipment. A $50 fee per day will be added if equipment is found in room.

Wheeled Vehicles that are not for handicapped use are prohibited inside the Lodge. This includes, but is not limited to, hoverboards, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, etc. Feel free to ride around outside, the scenery is beautiful!
