TANNERSVILLE, Penn. – Camelback Resort invites guests to embrace the spirit of Valentine's with an enchanting Three-Course Dinner at favorite Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse on February 14. The grandeur continues with a lavish Grand Valentine’s Buffet at Hemispheres on February 10 and 11, presenting a delectable array of culinary delights. Trails End Pub & Grille adds a touch of sophistication with special offerings throughout February 14. Adding to the allure, a captivating Dance Party awaits guests in The Lobby on February 10. Lodge guests are treated to a delightful experience as they have the opportunity to craft their own enchanting Valentine’s bouquet on February 11 and 14.

Special Three-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner at Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse

Wednesday, February 14, from 5 to 10 p.m.

Just a short walk from Camelback Lodge, Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse features a memorable Valentine’s dinner in its chic, rustic A-frame restaurant with beautiful mountain views. Couples, friends and families start with a 1st Course of either Lobster Bisque with crème fraiche or Field Greens Salad with strawberries, goat cheese, candied nuts and champagne vinaigrette. The 2nd Course is Surf & Turf of Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Maine Lobster Tail served with brandy peppercorn sauce, glazed baby heirloom carrots, truffle mashed potatoes and melted butter. To end this lovely meal, Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries is served. Berrelli’s offers a choice wine list for sipping and toasting. Berrelli’s customary menu will also be offered.

Hemispheres’ Festive Valentine’s Dinner Buffet for Friends and Families

Saturday, February 10, and Sunday, February 11, from 5 to 9 p.m.

Hemispheres is casual and relaxed and the perfect eatery for families and friends to share their love at its Valentine’s Buffet presented during the weekend before Valentine’s Day. This bountiful buffet offers Salads and Appetizer choices of Fresh and Composed Salad Bar, Smoked Salmon Display, Charcuterie & Local Cheese Display with Artisan Bread, Burrata Cheese and Heirloom Tomato Display, Fresh Fruit Display with mango cream anda Seafood Display. There are chef-attended stations with Prime Rib Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce and one servinga variety of Pastas, Toppings and Sauces. The Entrees include Crabmeat Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp with Meyer lemon beurre blanc, Pan Seared Salmon with creamy white wine sauce and Grilled Airline Chicken Breast with thyme demi-glace. Sides are Roasted Baby Carrots, Butter Glazed Baby Vegetables, Grilled Zucchini and Squash, Twice Baked Potatoes, Pilaf Rice and Vegetable Couscous. Luscious Valentine’s sweets and treats tempt with a Chocolate Fountain with assorted dippings, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Lemon Mango Bars, Fresh Strawberry Mousse, Tiramisu andan Ice Cream Station.

Valentine Specials at Trails End Pub & Grille

Wednesday, February 14, served all day

At Trails End Pub & Grille, the celebratory restaurant experience comes with spectacular mountainside views and cozy outdoor firepits. Specials featured for this special day are 12oz Oven Roasted Prime Rib accompanied by baked potato, glazed asparagus, au jus and horseradish cream for $39.95; Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna served medium rare with wasabi mashed potato, soy reduction and glazed bok choy for $29.95; and Trails End Dessert Platter for Two composed of Mini Tiramisu, Red Velvet Cake and Strawberry Mousse for $16. Also, throughout the kitchen and bar, Trails End features a variety of local products including Revivalist Gin, Victory Brewery Beers and more.

Valentine's Day Dance in The Lobby

Saturday, February 10, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Valentine’s Dance for Lodge guests at Camelback will be a party for kids and adults – complete with a rocking, spinning DJ. Everyone receives a Valentine’s Dance Party Box filled with goodies to enjoy as they dance the evening away. Slow dances included.

Build Your Own Valentine’s Day Bouquet in The Lobby

Sunday, February 11, and Wednesday, February 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Kids and adults staying at the Lodge will be able to build a gorgeous bouquet for that special someone during the holiday celebration.

The first five stems are complimentary; additional stems may be added for $1 per stem. The bouquet also includes greenery and baby’s breath.
