This class is appropriate for all including those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches. It is also a perfect complement to those who currently have a higher intensity fitness routine. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be demonstrated.
