
Mother’s Day Yoga & Tea Tasting
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a Gentle Yoga Class and Relaxing Tea Tasting. Choose from 3 sessions on offer for Mother’s Day. Class size is limited and adhere to CDC guidelines.
This class is appropriate for all including those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches. It is also a perfect complement to those who currently have a higher intensity fitness routine. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be demonstrated. All classes will have limited spaces and abiding by CDC guidelines.
Shuttles are available for each session to Summit House. Pick up will be outside the Lodge main entrance at 7am , 8am and 9am for each session.
Instructor: Lois Silver Zini is a certified Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga teacher. Lois is also a member of Yoga Alliance.
