My family and I recently returned from a wonderful vacation at your resort, and I wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms were spotless, and we were particularly delighted to find the water park, public restrooms, and changing rooms maintained to such a high standard – a detail often overlooked but greatly appreciated. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The lifeguards, in particular, deserve special mention for their attentiveness and constant presence. Their vigilance provided significant peace of mind, especially with children around. While our stay was truly exceptional, I did notice a small area of rust underneath one of the water slides. I mention this not as a complaint, but as a constructive suggestion for preventative maintenance. Addressing this minor issue would ensure the continued safety and enjoyment of your guests. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend your resort to others and look forward to returning with our family in the future. Check-in process was very quick and easy. Nice customer service. But, the guest service downstairs was kind of mess: no organized lines, too many lost customers and not enough people to help them. But, after a long time wsiting and trying to hold mybspot in chaotic-like environment, when I got to the representative, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband and I came here for the first time and we were amazed! First off, they are pet friendly which is a plus because we like to travel with our dog! In addition, they have a place specifically for dogs to use the potty but in addition, it’s an amazing place to just walk with your dog outside. In addition, all the staff are so friendly to dogs! There are so many great and adventurous things to do at Camelback! At the same time, you also can choose to relax! There rooms are amazing and so spacious! Customer service is great as well! We texted for extra towels and garbage bags and they were super fast! They have a text feature that is great for people who love to text instead of calling! That text line helped me with so much! We will definitely be returning! It was the best trip and we were able to escape the real world and relax! The zip line and mountain coaster was amazing! The indoor water park was also wonderful! We had so much fun and at the same time, we relaxed! The food there was amazing too! Amazing place and people overall!
