  • Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your service  to fill out intake form
  • Male, Female preference is required upon booking, otherwise, services will be booked upon availability. Refusal of service will incur full charge
  • 24-hour cancellation policy for all single services, 72 hours for all spa packages with a 50% deposit required.  14 days for all group bookings with a 50% deposit required
  • Groups of 5 or more, please contact spa manager
  • Food & beverages are available before and after your spa service
  • Robe & slippers, as well as a locker, will be provided 
  • Relax and enjoy a beverage in our Serenity Room prior to your service
  • Late arrivals will be given the remainder of time
  • 17 or under require adult supervision to receive massage, body treatment, or skin care services
  • Cell phones should be turned off to ensure tranquility for all guests
  • Please indicate any medical concerns on the “intake” form provided
  • Serenity Spa does not assume any liability for personal items left in rooms, lockers or robes
  • Pricing includes 18% gratuity, additional is welcome
  • Reservations require a major cc to hold an appointment. Reservations within the 24-hour cancellation policy require full payment upon booking
  • Children’s services require adult supervision
  • Services & Prices are subject to change and are based on availability
  • Hours may vary for Holiday and inclement weather
  • Gift certificates available online or visit the Serenity Spa.
  • All major credit cards, room charge, cash, CB GC or Spa certificate accepted.
  • We suggest booking  at least two weeks in advance
  • Walk-ins welcome provided staff is available
