Hemispheres Restaurant’s traditional Thanksgiving feast is created to please all family and friends and served in a casual, relaxed atmosphere just off the main lobby of Camelback Lodge. The holiday feast begins with Appetizers including a Salad Bar, Roasted Vegetable Display, Fresh Fruit, Charcuterie and Local Cheeses with Artisan Bread and Smoked Salmon. There’s a Carving Table featuring Oven Roasted Airline Turkey Breast accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes, fried Brussels sprouts, cranberry compote and gravy. Main Courses tempt with Mediterranean Couscous, Pan Seared Shrimp, Roasted Chicken Breast and Grilled Flank Steak. Enhancements are Roasted Baby Carrots, Grilled Baby Zucchini and Squash, Mashed Potatoes and Basmati Rice. Classic Desserts: Pumpkin Pie, Caramelized Apple Pie and Assorted Petite Seasonal Sweets.

Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner at Berrelli’s Restaurant

Thursday, November 24; seatings at 5 and 8:30 p.m.

A Pocono Mountain favorite retreat is Berrelli’s, a gracious A-frame Italian chophouse adjacent to Camelback Lodge. To celebrate and be thankful, the three-course Thanksgiving meal starts with a choice of Appetizer, either Roasted Pumpkin Cream Soup or Berrelli’s House Salad. Next the Main Course selections offer guests Organic Foraged Mushroom Ravioli with Basil Tomato Sauce; Duet of Turkey, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast and Turkey Leg Confit accompanied by Brussels sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry compote and turkey gravy, Pan Seared Snapper Fillet with fall vegetables, purple potatoes and lemon beurre blanc sauce; or NY Strip Steak served with bordelaise sauce, herb roasted fingerlings, grilled asparagus and confit tomato. The yummy finale is Pecan Pie with Amaretto Cream or Tri-Colored Chocolate Mousse.

Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner is $68 per adult (ages 13 and up), $18 per child (ages 12 and under). A wine flight can be added for guests ages 21 and up for an additional $39 charge.

Christmas Eve Buffet at Hemispheres Restaurant

Paired with beautiful mountain views, Hemispheres is featuring a lavish Christmas Eve Buffet in an inviting family and friends setting that begins with Salads and Appetizers such as Smoked Salmon with accompaniments, Seasonal Roasted Vegetables, Hummus, Charcuterie and Local Cheeses and more. Roasted Prime Rib with horseradish sauce and Crabmeat Stuffed Atlantic Salmon with Riesling reduction will please diners at the Carving Tables. For Main Courses, the Buffet will offer Mediterranean Mushroom Shish Kebab, Eggplant Parmesan, Pan Seared Shrimp with white wine tomato sauce and Roasted Chicken Breast with a thyme demi-glace sauce. The large list of vegetable Enhancements includes Melted Baby Spinach, Rosemary Potatoes, Fines Herbes Rice and Chive Mashed Potatoes. Santa has come and gone, and now it’s time to enjoy a wonderful Christmas Day at Hemispheres at Camelback with those you care most about. Start with Salads and Appetizers like Fresh Fruit with Mango Cream, Cold Smoked Trout with Horseradish Cream and others. Visit the Carving Tables to feast on Honey Glazed Christmas Ham with Pineapple Compote and Oven Roasted New York Strip with brandy peppercorn sauce. Other Main Course dishes are Whole Baked Salmon Fillet, Vegetarian Ravioli and Roasted Chicken Breast. Enhancements include Rosemary Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes and Mediterranean Mixed Vegetables. Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse Special Dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Saturday, December 24, and Sunday, December 25, seatings at 5 and 8:30 p.m.

A lovely way to celebrate Christmas Eve or Christmas Day is to savor an elegantly festive Three-Course Dinner at Berrelli’s on the property of Camelback Resort. Guests start with Choice of Appetizer: Carpaccio of Heirloom Tomatoes, Seared Sea Scallops with chive cream and caviar or Smoked Duck Breast with asparagus salad, hazelnut vinaigrette and microgreens. For the Intermezzo, there’s Mango-Passionfruit. The Main Course selections are Pan Seared Halibut Fillet with accompaniments and chardonnay reduction; 16 oz. Rib Eye Steak with broccolini, charred lemon and fingerling potatoes or Eggplant Parmesan with marinara sauce. Celebrating New Year’s Eve with a Special Buffet at Hemispheres Restaurant

Saturday, December 31, seatings 5 to 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Toasting “Happy New Year” to family and friends around the Hemispheres bountiful table is a great way to ring in 2023! Guests will enjoy Salads and Appetizers including Salad Bar, Exotic Fruit Carving Display, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Burrata Cheese and Heirloom Tomatoes. Featured Carving Tables showcase Prime Rib Au Jus, Chicken Penne Alfredo and Seafood Linguine with Shrimp, Scallops and Mussels. There are Mains of Crispy Snapper Fillet, Grilled Airline Chicken Breast, Foraged Mushroom Ravioli and Pan Seared Sea Scallops. Enhancements feature everyone’s favorite vegetables including Vegetable Couscous, Crispy Potato Dumplings and Butter Glazed Asparagus Spears. Berrelli’s Restaurant Rings in 2023 with an Elegant Four-Course Dinner

Saturday, December 31, seatings at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

This gala occasion starts with a First Course choice of Lobster Bisque adorned with cognac cream or Traditional Caesar Salad. The Second Course offers Oven Roasted Eggplant Roulade with microgreen salad; Pan Seared Sweetbreads and braised apple fondue with celery root mousseline; or Grilled Jumbo Scallops served with green pea puree and sundried tomato reduction. Next comes the Third Course highlighted by a choice of Risotto Primavera; Chilean Seabass accompanied by heirloom carrots, fingerling potatoes and a sauvignon blanc reduction; or Surf & Turf 8 Oz Grilled Beef Tenderloin and 6 Oz Maine Lobster Tail with brandy peppercorn sauce, asparagus spears and truffle mashed potatoes.
